How PnD Analytics Works
We’ve designed our system to get you up and running in no time. Once we’ve set you up with a new account, you enter your driver’s information, driver pay details, and you are ready to start uploading your Weekly Service Worksheet and calculate driver pay.
Click “employees” and then click +New Employee in the upper right hand corner. Follow the prompts and be sure to enter driver names as listed in the Weekly Service Worksheet. Enter Driver pay and bonus structures.
Enter pay and bonus structures. You can pay by the stop, daily, daily + stop bonuses, tiered bonus structure, bonus by delivered and picked up packages. You can bonus or remove bonuses based on ILS and DNA’s. The system is designed to allow you to motivate and discipline.
Once you have your drivers pay entered, click “calculate pay,” Then “Upload File,” and then “Calculate Bonuses.” The system will now display what you need to pay each driver based on what pay and bonus metrics you entered for each individual driver.
